Preparation

We keep all food preparation areas and utensils sanitised and cleaned regularly using professional grade, food-hygiene recommended products.

Pizzas are prepared outside reducing the risk of spreading Coronavirus through lack of ventilation.

We wash our hands regularly throughout the whole preparation of the dough and toppings.

Service

All surface areas are cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial professional grade sanitiser along with the peels (pizza shovel) and utensils.

We use hand sanitiser throughout service to maintain personal hygiene levels.

Once cooked the pizzas are placed into a takeaway box straight out the 500°C oven using the peel and kept warm ready for collection (nothing will survive at 500°C!).

Collection

We will ask all customers to socially distance when collecting pizzas. We will stagger collections so we only have one customer present at any one time.

We take payments online prior to collection and via contactless credit/debit card reader on arrival.
