Q: How far in advance can I order?
A: Ordering becomes available each Monday for that week.
Q: What is the cut off for ordering?
A: Orders must be placed by 2pm the day before collecting in order to give us time to make the dough.
Q: Is your dough made fresh?
A: Yes, our dough is made to order and contains nothing but sourdough starter, italian flour, sea salt & water.
Q: How long do you prove the dough for?
A: Our dough has fermented/proved for a minimum of 24hrs giving it plenty of time for the flavour to develop.
