The Pizzas

We make authentic neapolitan pizzas using the finest Italian ingredients available. The dough is made using sourdough starter, italian 00 flour, sea salt & water – that’s it, nothing else!

The pizzas are then prepared with the best San Marzano tomatoes & Fior Di Latte mozzarella and baked to order on our driveway using a 500°C pizza oven ready for you to collect at your chosen time slot.

To make the best the pizzas, the dough needs at least 24hrs to prove and ferment. This gives it so much more flavour but it does mean that we have to plan in advance.

Ordering/Cut off

The pizzas are made to order, so the cut off is 2pm the previous day you want them so we can get the right amount of dough made, give it at least 24hrs to prove and avoid any waste. Simply place your order online and choose a day & time slot to collect at the checkout page.

Collection

Once you’ve booked your collection slot online when you checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation and we’ll get cracking making your pizza ready for you to collect at the time you select.


TOP TIP…

Unlike typical takeaway pizzas, Neapolitan pizza dough has no oil in it (its the healthiest & purest of all the pizzas). It also has a very high hydration level which gives it its big signature puffed-up airy crusts from the steam released when baking in a super hot oven.

The downside is, serving them in a takeaway box means the crusts can steam themselves slightly soft. They are still great but if you want to restore the crisp to the crust then stick them in your oven on full whack for just 30-60 seconds (not in the box!) and they’ll be awsome!
